Canurta Announces Participation at the Polyphenols Applications World Congress

Canurta is thrilled to announce that our abstract, Targeting Glioblastoma Invasion and Survival with Cannabis Derived Flavonoids, has been accepted for an oral presentation during the 15th Polyphenols Applications World Congress, which will take place on September 28-30, 2022, in Valencia, Spain. Akeem Gardner, Founder/CEO of Canurta, will be presenting on the above topic on September 29, 2022, at the conference. The conference provides a unique opportunity to showcase the work we have been doing with our molecules and for business development.

As a brief overview: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common and aggressive type of adult brain cancer. These tumours can occur in any central nervous system region, and the average survival time of patients after diagnosis is less than two (2) years. The presentation provides a solid foundation for our cannabis-derived flavonoids as legitimate lead compounds against GBMs.
