Canurta Presents at the Canna Pharma 2022 Conference

On October 12- 13, 2022, Canurta's CEO and Founder, Akeem Gardner, presented two abstracts at the Canna Pharma conference in San Diego, CA. The first abstract was on targeting glioblastoma invasion and survival with cannabis-derived flavonoids. The second was on developing hemp-derived active pharmaceutical ingredients through an analytical lens: carriers and barriers. Both abstracts were well received by stakeholders.

Canurta Announces Participation in the Canadian Entrepreneurs in Life Sciences (CELS) Valley Ready Program

We are thrilled to announce participation in the CELS Valley Ready Program. The company looks forward to seizing the mentorship, networking and workshop opportunities. Moreover, we are excited to participate in the Silicon Valley CELS showcase next year.

As an overview, the CELS Valley Ready program is designed to immerse new Canadian Life Science companies into the Silicon Valley start-up ecosystem so that they become more effective in achieving their local business objectives. The program applies CELS experience and best practices from successful Bay Area accelerator programs.
